FAQs

When will the challenge start?  Monday, June 8 • 2PM Los Angeles Time When the Challenge launches, you have the freedom and flexibility to watch, on demand, whenever you want. You can follow along each day, or complete it whenever you have time.  Can I watch it on my phone?  Yes! The dedicated mobile app will be available as soon as the Challenge opens up on Monday. Alternatively, you can login and watch it normally through your phone's browser.  Will I need any props or equipment?   Ideally, yes. Some light Pilates props are recommended for the best experience, including a Pilates ball, ankle or wrist weights, resistance bands, a Theraband and a foam roller. However, many exercises can be adapted using rolled towels or household items, and many women still achieve incredible results using only bodyweight movement. Will I have access forever? And can I stop and restart?  Yes. With a single one-time payment, you’ll receive lifetime access to the program. If life gets busy, you can pause and restart at any time. The Motus community will always be there to support and motivate you whenever you return.
