Thought leg day was tough… then I reached Day 4 😅 Not sure how I’m supposed to use my arms for the rest of the day! I was a bit sceptical about paying for an online Pilates course because there are already so many videos and challenges available free online. But, with my wedding only a few months away, I decided to give it a try as I want to look my best, and boy do I feel the difference! The exercises are challenging in the right way, and I love how much emphasis is placed on maintaining the correct posture so that you’re actually working the right muscles. After only one week I can’t see a noticeable difference in my appearance yet tbh, but I do feel stronger, so my expectations are high!

1. Can I access it anytime? Yes! You have the freedom and flexibility to watch, on demand, whenever you want. You can follow along each day, or complete it whenever you have time. 2. Can I watch it on my phone? Yes! It's compatible on all devices. Phone, Tablet, Mac, PC, and even cast to your home TV 3. Will I need any props or equipment? Ideally, yes. Some light Pilates props are recommended for the best experience, including a Pilates ball, ankle or wrist weights, resistance bands, a Theraband and a foam roller. However, many exercises can be adapted using rolled towels or household items, and many women still achieve incredible results using only bodyweight movement. As a minimum, the Theraband is the most needed. Links to the props are availble once you sign up. 4. Will I have access forever? And can I stop and restart? Yes. With a single one-time payment, you’ll receive lifetime access to the program. If life gets busy, you can pause and restart at any time.
